The enhanced DOQQs for the State of Ohio can be downloaded for free, but you will need an appropriate application to view them. To view the DOQQs you will have to download, for free, MrSID GeoViewer (Windows 95/98/NT) or MrSID Stand Alone Viewer (Windows 95/98/NT, Macintosh, Unix) from LizardTech.
